骨髓活检对诊断非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润及分期的意义

To Understand the Bone Marrow Involvenmen and Neeplasm Stage of Marrow biopsy Section to dignosis Non - Hodgkin Lumphoma

目的探讨骨髓活检切片分析在非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润（NHL—BMI）诊断及临床分期的影响。方法对非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者行骨髓活检术，分析活检切片。结果骨髓活检切片中非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润的阳性率较单纯骨髓穿刺涂片者高。经骨髓活检后，16例改变分期，骨髓活检前、后晚期病例所占比例有明显差异（P〈0．01）。结论骨髓活检切片分析对非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润的诊断及，临床分期具有重要意义。

Objective To study the valve of bone marrow biopsy and in non -Hodgkin lymphoma with bone marrow involvement （NHL-BMI） and staging. Methods In this article we researched 78 patients with NHL by using the method of bone marrow biopsy. Results 39. 7% exhibited NHL - BMI in marrow sections. Sixteen cases staging Ⅰ--Ⅲ were promoted to stage IV after bone marrow biopsy, After and before bone marrow biopsy,obvious difference exists between them（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Bone marrow biopsy was very important examination in patient with non - Hodgkin lymphoma with bone marrow in - volvement（ NHL BMI） and staging.
