膝骨关节炎关节镜下治疗分析

Arthroscopic Treatment of the Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨关节镜下冲洗、清理术在膝骨关节炎治疗中的疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年3月-2007年5月治疗21例膝关节炎，均行关节镜下冲洗、清理术，术后辅以玻璃酸钠关节内注射的临床疗效。结果平均随访15个月，关节功能优9例，良好10例，差2例。结论关节镜下冲洗、清理，软骨修复，术后辅以常规注射玻璃酸钠是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的安全有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the results of treatment for ostearthritis of the knee with arthroscope. Methods From March 2003 to May 2007, arthroscopic debridement and Sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection were performed in 21 patients with ostearthfitis of the knees. Results At a mean followed up of 15 months, the excellent and good results were found in 9 and 10 eases respectively, bad in 2 cases. Conclusion Debridement under arthroseopy combined with Sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection are safety and effective for the treatment of knee joint arthritis.
