有机污染物分子连接性指数与其它理化参数的相关性 被引量:9

摘要 本文对分子连接性指数法的发展和计算方法作了简要介绍,主要讨论了有机污染物分于连接性与其分配行为、水溶解度、土壤吸附、毒性和生物富集的关系。结果表明:X与Kow,Sw,Kom,LC_(50)和BCF等呈良好线性关系,因而分子连接性指数可以用来预测有机污染物的上述理化参数。 The relationships between molecular connectivity and partition,solubility,soil sorption coefficient,toxicity and bioconcentration factor of organic contaminants are discussed,following a brief review of the history and calculation methods of moleculat connectivity.Due to the fact that X is linearly related to Kow,Sw,Koc LC50,BCF and other physicochemical parameters,the molecular connectivity index can be used to predict these parameters of organic pollutants.The relationships between molecular connectivity and partition,solubility,soil sorption coefficient,toxicity and bioconcentration factor of organic contaminants are discussed,following a brief review of the history and calculation methods of moleculat connectivity.Due to the fact that X is linearly related to Kow,Sw,Koc LC50,BCF and other physicochemical parameters,the molecular connectivity index can be used to predict these parameters of organic pollutants.
