^(18)F-FDG PET显像在胃癌诊断中的临床价值 被引量:3

Diagnostic Value of ^(18)F-FDG PET in Gastric Cancer

摘要 [目的]评价PET在原发性胃癌诊断和术前分期中的价值。[方法]对36例健康体检者和24例胃部疾病患者(11例胃癌、5例胃溃疡、8例胃炎)的PET检查进行回顾性分析。[结果]有14%的健康胃、53.8%的良性胃部病灶(胃溃疡、胃炎)SUVmax≥2.5。若以SUV≥2.5为界域,PET显像诊断胃癌的真阳性率为58.8%,真阴性率为85.7%,准确率为66.7%。有6例胃癌患者发现转移灶。[结论]PET显像对于原发性胃癌的诊断价值有限,但对于胃癌的术前分期和确定治疗方案具有重要价值。
