德育回归生活世界,实质上是要回到群体的共同劳动和共同体验之中,它要求德育在理念上从道德刻印转向道德生成,在实践上重视将劳动引入道德教育之中,把劳动作为德育回归生活世界的切入点和生长点,这是因为劳动是道德生成的逻辑起点,劳动具有凝结群体成员道德体验和实现道德创造的功能。德育回归生活世界的真正实现,就是树立正确的劳动德育观,在这一观念指导下,学校德育观念、德育目标和德育责任主体均需要发生相应的改变。
