常温干燥环保型涂料印花粘合剂的研究

Study on normal temperature dry and environment friendly adhesive for coating printing

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、苯乙烯(St)和常温交联单体等为主要原料,通过乳液聚合法制备常温干燥环保型涂料印花粘合剂。研究结果表明,将该粘合剂用于印花坯布,并经常温(18～25℃)干燥后,其干摩擦牢度达到4级、湿摩擦牢度达到3～4级且刷洗牢度达到3级;该常温干燥涂料印花粘合剂的综合性能优于其他同类产品。

With methyl methacrylate （MMA）, butyl acrylate （BA）, acrylic acid （AA）, ethyl acrylate （EA）, styrene（St） and normal temperature crosslinked monomer as main materials, the normal temperature dry and environment friendly adhesive for coating printing was prepared by emulsion polymerization method. The research results showed that the dry friction fastness, wet friction fastness and scrub fastness were 4 levels, 3-4 levels and 3 levels respectively when the adhesive was used for coating printing of homochromy fabric and printing fabric was dried at normal temperature （18-25℃）. The combination property of the normal temperature dry adhesive for coating printing was better than other like products.
