摘要
运用大型有限元软件ANSYS对反应器管板与反应管焊接接头残余应力进行了模拟。有限元模型中选用了三维实体单元,考虑了材料的热物理性能随温度而变化的情况。运用内生热的加载方法模拟焊接热源,运用生死单元技术模拟两道焊焊接过程。获得了反应器管板与反应管焊接接头温度场和残余应力-应变场,并对计算结果进行了分析。
Temperature and stress field of welding between tubesheet and tube was simulated by FEM using ANSYS. The 3D solid elements were used in FEM model, and temperature depended material properties were considered. Internal heat generation loading method was applied to simulate heat source,and model change ability to simulate tubesheet and tube weld. The temperature field and residual stress field of 3D tubesheet and tube weld were obtained,and the results were discussed.
