摘要
双锥密封是高压容器广泛采用的一种半自紧结构形式,其螺栓联接设计合理与否,直接影响到密封结构的性能、使用寿命与效益。运用可靠性理论与优化设计技术,将螺栓的应力和强度视为随机变量,建立了双锥密封螺栓可靠性优化设计的数学模型,提出了密封螺栓在承受轴向静载荷、交变载荷工况下的优化设计方法和MATLAB语言的求解过程。实例计算结果表明,可靠性优化设计是一种较为先进实用的综合机械设计方法,对其他化工设备及其零部件的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。

The mathematic model of reliability optimal design for double cone sealing was established under the condition of assuming the stress and strength of blot as random variable with reliability theory and optimal design technology. The optimal design method of sealing bolt were also proposed under the condition of bearing axial static load and alternating load,and the algorithm for solving with MATLAB was introduced. The practical calculation showed that the reliability optimal design is one more advanced and practical comprehensive machine design method. It has reference value to solve optimal design issue of the other chemical equipments and parts.
