摘要
对沙特拉比格炼油项目中反应器管口法兰堆焊层与不锈钢管道焊接所出现的焊接热裂纹问题进行了分析、试验,找出了产生热裂纹的原因,提出了相应措施,采用改进后的工艺参数焊接后焊缝无损检测合格率100%,对此类问题的预防具有借鉴意义。
By analyzing and testing the heat crack produced when stainless steel pipe was butter-welded with the nickel alloy on the reactor flange inside face at Rabigh refinery project of Saudi Arabia,cause of the heat crack produced was found. Correspondence measures were made and welding parameter was improved. After products welded, one hundred percent RT were done for weld joints and all joints were inspected and accepted. This practice can be used for reference to prevent same problems.
