研制了一种基于USB的便携式集成芯片测试仪,阐述其工作原理、硬件以及软件设计。该测试仪可以在线或离线完成对常用集成芯片的型号识别、故障分析和定位。和上位机通信采用USB接口,携带方便,使用操作简单。

This paper introduced the operation principle and hardware and software design of an IC chip test instrument based on USB. The instrument can identify the model, analyze the fanhs and orientation on or off line. The USB inter-face can be used for communicating with the computer. It is convenient to be used and operated.
