摘要 细胞工程实验由于课时少,难度大,如何让学生充分利用现有的实验条件和实验时间,掌握更多的实验技术和方法;拓展细胞工程实验课程,给学生提供自主设计实验并开展相关实验研究的机会和平台,培养学生的动手能力以及创新能力。文章在细胞工程实验课程教学过程中建立的拓展型教学体系为培养高校创新型人才提供了一种新的尝试。 High level of challenges and limited periods of the cell engineering experiments practice bring about difficulties for students to make full exploitation of the given experiment conditions and periods to master more experimental technology and methodology. It is a critical issue to establish a platform for students with the opportunity to figure out solutions independently and to carry out relative researches for cultivating their capacities of practice and creativity. This article aims at providing a novel attempt for the establishment of expanded training system in cell engineering experimental courses with the objective of cultivating creative talents.
