摘要
本文在过量钼存在下的酸性溶液中,研究了以二安替比林甲烷为沉淀剂,定量沉淀分离磷,空气-乙炔焰间接原子吸收法测定磷的方法.试验并确定了沉淀和测定的适宜条件.方法简便快速,用于农药水样中磷的测定,结果满意.
An indirect atomic absorption spectrophotometry for the deteimination of phosphorus was proposed. The method is based on the precipitate formed between diantipyrylmethane and phosphoric acid in the acidic medium with excessive ammonium molybdate. The precipitate is automatically subsided and the molybdenum content in the upper layer of the solution is finally measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in an air-acetylene flame, then the phosphorus content is calculated . The piecipitating conditions of ((DAM)3 · H3PO4 · 12MoO3 · 2H2O)2 together with the influence of concomitant elements and their elimination was studied. The method has been applied to the determination of organophos-phorus pesticides in polluted water satisfactorily.
