摘要
医院办公自动化管理(hospital office automated system,HOA)系统包括护理办公系统管理、护理科研管理、护理质量管理及护理质量监测记录,各模块相互关联,涵盖了各项护理管理工作内容及质量管理的信息及功能。HOA的应用优势包括:护士长工作的实时记录,护理部通过信息系统实施质量控制,护士长日常工作的快捷性,提高护士长的工作效率,护士长质量管理的随时性、规范性等。利用HOA,规范了护理工作中办公管理程序的流程,拓展了护理管理的模式,是实现医院信息化的管理改革、提高工作效率与管理水平的快捷途径。
Hospital Office Automated System(HOA) include management ot nursing office system and nursing scientific research nursing quality administration, and record of nursing qucilty monitoring. Each module involved in this system correlates with each other and nursing management content and data and function of quality control are covered. The advantages of HOA include real-time recording of head nurse's work, quality control through information system by nursing department, improved work effiency of head nurse, quality management by head nurse at any time and its standarization. Besides the above, HOA expands the nursing management mode, and is a fast way to implemente the reform of hospital information management and improve the work efficiency and management level.
