程序化管理在神经外科ICU护理工作中的应用

Application of Procedural Management in Nursing Work of Neurosurgical ICU

目的探讨程序化管理在神经外科ICU护理工作中的作用。方法通过完善规章制度和规范护理流程,制定应急预案,对神经外科ICU仪器设备、药物、护理人员、护理操作流程和护理制度实施程序化的管理。结果实施程序化管理半年来,护士行急诊术前准备时间明显缩短[(7.03±1.57)minvs(24.64±4.80)min],患者及家属对护理质量各项指标满意度较实施前均有明显提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),护士对程序化管理的认可度均在91%以上。结论神经外科ICU应用程序化管理,可以提高工作效率,增加患者满意度,促进护理质量的提升。

Objective To investigate the application of procedural management in nursing work of Neurosurgical ICU. Methods Instruments and equipment, drugs, nursing staff, procedures of nursing and nursing regulaitons were procedurally managed with perfected rules and regulations, standarized nursing procedure and established emergency preplans. Results Since the practice of procedural management for half a year, nurses＇ preparation time before emergency surgery was significantly shortened and patients and families＇ satisfaction about each index of nursing quality was greatly improved（ P 〈0. 001, P 〈0.05）. The degree of recognitiun for procedural management by nurses was above 91%. Conclusion Application of procedural management in neurogical ICU can enhance the work efficiency, degree of patients＇ satisfaction and nursing qualities.
