摘要
医院临床教学环境与教育成才的关系一直倍受重视,通过完善教学管理框架、素质教育、综合能力培养等实践方法,构建以学生为主体的教学环境,以达到提高护生综合能力的目的。
Much importance has been attached to the relationship between clinical teaching environment in hospital and nursing talents＇ culivation. Through improving teaching administration framework,quality education,and comprehensive competencies training, teaching environment was created with nursing students as main body,in order to enhance the overall qualities of nursing students.
