化工用大型感应电机转子的振动分析及临界转速计算

摘要 高速复杂电机转子的振动和临界转速分析,对于确保其在安全转速范围内工作具有重要的意义。目前国内外最常用的分析方法主要有两种,一种是传递矩阵法,另一种是有限元法。本论文针对大型感应电机转子的振动,采用模态分析的方法进行分析及临界转速计算。先使用实体建模软件Solidworks进行实体建模并且计算质量,再通过有限元分析软件ANSYS建立简化模型,进行分析计算,得出相应的数据结果,然后算出临界速度和固有频率,最后将本文分析结果与DyRoBeS仿真结果进行比较以验证本文方法的准确性。 In order to ensure the rotor of high-speed complex motor working within the safe speed range, it is significant that analysis should be done on vibration and critical speeds. There are two usual methods used on the complex rotor's vibration analysis at present, one is transfer matrix method, and the other is finite element method. In this paper, the vibration of large induetion motor's rotor will be illustrated. The modal analysis is used to analyze vibration and calculate critical speed: Firstly, to make use of solidworks to set a model and estimate the mass. Secondly, to analyze the simplified model which set up by ANSYS. Thirdly, to gain the corresponding data results and calculate critical speeds and natural frequency. At last, to compare with DyRoBes' simulation results to verify the precision of this method.
