交通职业学校的SWOT分析与发展策略

The Developing Countermeasures of Traffic Vocational Schools by SWOT Analysis

目前,我国交通职业学校面临着和其他职业学校一样的生存压力,同时交通行业"技工难求"现象又普遍存在,如何解决这两者之间的矛盾成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文运用管理学中的SWOT分析法分析交通职业学校发展过程中在内部环境中具有的优势和劣势以及外部环境中存在的机会和威胁,并据此提出了发展交通职业学校的基本原则和策略。

At present, traffic vocational schools in China face survival pressures as well as other vocational schools, however, the phenomenon ＂ it is difficult to find skilled workers in transport sectors,＂ is widespread, and thus how to solve the contradiction between them is a troublesome issue. This article, according to SWOT, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of internal environment and the opportunities and threats of the external environment in the developing process of vocational schools, and accordingly put forward the basic principles and strategies.
