应用电子技术专业“2+1工学结合”模式的研究和实践

摘要 本文通过对应用电子技术专业的研究、探索和实践,总结出"2+1工学结合"的高职教育模式。此模式对三年制的高等职业教育分为二个教学阶段。第一个阶段是学生在校进行必要的理论学习和专业技能训练,第二个阶段是到企业进行一年的顶岗实习。有"三个观念"要改变:一是教师的传统教学思想和教学方法要改变;二是传统的培养目标和教学计划要改变;三是学生理想的就业观念要改变。 Through professional research, explore and practice of Electronic Application Technology, this article sums up "2 + 1 Study Linked with Work" Pattern. This pattern divided three -year higher vocational education into two teaching stages. The first stage is the necessary theory study and professional technique training; the second stage is one - year in - post practice. There are three concepts need to be changed: 1, traditional teaching thought and methods need to be changed; 2, traditional teaching objective and plan need to be changed; 3, students" ideal employment thought need to be changed .
