一种筛选常用中草药用作抑菌剂的新方法

A new method for screen common Chinese herb medcine as bacterial inhibitor

目的:利用自建的抗细菌活性检测模型——混菌琼脂平板打孔法对菊花、金银花、苦楝皮、姜黄、车前草、白头翁、青蒿、槐花、蛇床子、丁香、黄芩、鱼腥草、大蒜等二十种中草药进行抗细菌活性的筛选和测试。方法:相同条件下制备金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的混菌平板,比较二十种药用植物水提液和醇提液的抑菌效果,对抑菌作用显著的提取液进行不同浓度下抑制效果测定。结果:实验表明,丁香、黄芩和槐花的水提液和醇提液以及金银花的醇提液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有较好的抑菌效果。结论:自建的抗细菌活性检测模型——混菌琼脂平板打孔法能较好完成药物抑菌活性测定,试验结果为研究中草药抑菌活性的筛选和测定提供了一种有效方法。

Objective： Chinese herbal medicine, such as Flos chrysanthemi, Flos lonicerae, Cortex mellae, Rhizoma curcumae longae, Herba plantaginis, Radic pulsatillae, Hertba artemisiae annuae, Flos sophorae, Fructus cnidii, Flos caryophylli , Radix scutellariae, Herba houttuyniae, Bulbus allii were tested against Staphylococcu aureus and Escherichia coli by antibacterial activity test model with mixing bacilli agar flat stiletto method. Methods： The mixing bacilli agar fiat of Stap hylococcu aureus and Escherichia coli were prepared under the same conditions. The antimicrobial effect of water extract and 95% ethanol extract of twenty medicinal plants were compared. Those solution in which antibacteriostasic was marked have been measured under different concentrations. Results ： The experiment indicated that the water and 95% ethanol extract of Flos caryophyUi, Radix scuteUariae, Flos sophorae, and the 95% ethanol extract of Flos lonicerae have strongly antibacterial activity. Conclusions： Antibacterial activity test model with mixing bacilli agar fiat stiletto method was able to measure the antimicrobial effect of Chinese herbal medicine. This research offers an available method for screen and determine the antibacterial activity in Chinse herbs.
