摘要
笔者在云南省GIS、GPS、RS系统调研的基础上,根据云南地理所多年来科研任务及今后的发展方向,结合云南地理所现有的软硬件资源,提出:云南省地理所的地理信息系统,应该是一个为政府高层决策提供空间辅助决策信息服务的系统;是一个立足于本所重点科研项目,面向全省、全社会科研部门大专院校的多学科交叉系统。系统的主要特色是它的时空动态性,大批量信息综合性,3S一体化及云南省地理资源环境的公共数据集。
Based on investigation and study on GIS, GPS, RS of Yunnan province, according to mutiyears's scientific research items snd the developing direction in future of Yunnan Institute of Geography, linking present software and hardware. It is put forward that Yunnan's GIS should be a system providing spatial auxiliary decision for government; a mutidisciplinary crossing system having a foothold on the key projects of Yunnan Istitute of Geography, facing research departments and universities of the whole province and the wholesociety. The main characteristics of the system are its developments in time and space, 3S intergration and geographic environmental public data collection.
