消炎利胆片总提取物的利胆实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE LIDAN ROLE OF TOTAL EXTRACT OF XIAOYAN LIDAN TABLETS

目的本实验通过采用测量小鼠以及大鼠胆汁分泌量的实验方法，从而对消炎利胆片总提取物的利胆作用进行研究。方法①健康昆明种小鼠60只，分组给药后采用摘除小鼠胆囊直接称重的方法，以测量其胆汁的分泌量和排泄量；②取体重200—250g大鼠50只，雌雄各半，随机平均分成5组。用0．3％戊巴比妥纳麻醉，打开腹腔，分离胆管，将塑料导管插入胆管，固定，收集4h内胆汁的正常流量。结果①受试药高剂量组显著增加小鼠胆汁分泌量；受试药低音，l量、中剂量无显著差异，但低中高剂量组，随着给药剂量增加胆汁分泌量有增加的趋势，呈一定的量效关系；②消炎利胆片总提取物可明显促进大鼠胆汁流量，且维持时间长达4h之久，其作用强度随剂量增加而加强。结论实验1和实验2所得的结果，可以看到，中药制剂消炎利胆片具有明显的利胆作用，在胆道疾病的运用方面有很好的运用前景。

Results ①Drug tested high - dose group increased significantly in mice bile secretion, with the increasing dose of bile secretion of an increasing trend, with a dose - effect relationship; ②Xiaoyanlidan extract could promote the flow of bile, and maintain time up to 4 h long, and this function intensified with the dose increased. Conclusion Experiment 1 and 2 show that Chinese medicine preparations Xiaoyanlidan tablet has obvious Lidan effect, which is very useful for bile duct disease treatment.
