摘要
本文通过对中外文献的检索与研究,分析了目前平衡计分卡在国内外医院的应用现状,总结了其经验与教训,对平衡计分卡在我国医院人力资源绩效管理的应用前景进行了展望。目的是使医院管理者了解先进的管理方法和管理经验,探索适合国情的人力资源绩效评价指标体系,以提升医院的整体实力和竞争力,在激烈的竞争环境中立于不败之地。
The paper is studying application of balanced scorecard in hospitals in the world by analysis of literatures. We sum up experiences from them and prospect the applications of manpower resource performance management in our country. The purpose is to develop evaluating system of manpower resource performance management by knowing advanced methods and experiences according to situation of our own hospital so that the whole strength and competition of hospital can be" promoted.
