为提高普通高校学生篮球专选课的教学效果,在教学内容中增加情感、心理健康方面的内容进行教学实验研究,其效果比传统教学方法明显提高,不但提高了学生的篮球技术知识和理论知识,而且也提高了学生的社会适应能力等综合能力。
