摘要
BPR(业务流程再造)是对企业业务流程进行根本性再思考和彻底性再设计,从而获得在成本、质量、服务和速度方面业绩的戏剧性的改善.结合塔里木油田物流存在的主要问题和原因,寻求相关再造对策。
Business process reengineering is the fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of business processes,in order to achieve dramatic improvements in critical, contemporary measures of performance, such as cost, quality, service and speed. The paper introduces the meanings of exacting logistic ERP and BPR in Tarim oilfield, and analyses the present problems and its reasons of Tarim oilfield logistics, puts forward the suggestion of exacting logistic ERP and BPR in Tarim oilfield.
