This article points out the significance about fostering mathematics learning methods in normal colleges and universities. From these aspects deeping the understandings excitability;In the teaching metheds emboding the learning methods;sticking the guiding meaning of mathematics thoughts Ilaying stress on training the abilities in solving problems;deepening the abilities of researching and self-learning,etc. We try to raise some understanding and suggestion in fostering the learning methods.
