摘要
本文考虑一类半导体方程组的混合初边值问题，采用拟单调方法和逼近过程，并通过一系列先验估计。
In this paper, the mixed initial boundary value problem for the semiconductor equations is considered. The existence result of the weak solution to the problem is obtained by using an approximation argument with some estimates.
