摘要
本文描述了烧结机尾断面图像分析仪的系统组成、工作原理和软件设计．该系统由ＣＣＤ摄像机和微型计算机组成，用它可以对烧结过程进行实时分析，并为烧结生产过程提供及时而有用的操作指导信息．实验结果表明，烧结看火工的经验与分析仪识别结果相比，混合料水分符合率９０．８０％，布料均匀度符合率９５．６０％，过烧符合率９７．２０％，欠烧符合率９６．４０％。
This paper describes the system configration, the working principle and the software of the cross section image analyser of the discharge end of strand. The system consists of CCD camera and microcomputer, it can be used to analyze the sintering process in real time and provide useful the guidance operation informations. The results of experiment show, the experience of watcher firing compared with the results of the analyser discrimibation, the accordance rate of mixture moisture, feed uniformity, overfired and insufficient firing is 90.80%, 95.60%, 97.20%, 96.40%, respectively. The results is satisfactory.
