This paper obtains 103 Rh nuclear magnetic resoance (NMR) spectra of approximately 3nm diameter rhodium particles, supported on titania, or protected by a polymer film. The NMR lines are considerably broadened and slightly shifted with respect to those of the bulk metal. The broadening and the shift are size dependent, but temperature independent in the 20K 80K or in the 100 200K range. And gives a qualitative interpretation in terms of a site dependence of both the electron orbital (or chemical) and the electron spin (or Knight) shifts.
