建设创新型甘肃宏伟目标的提出,无疑对甘肃高校科技创新提出了新的更高的要求。本文对甘肃省高校科技创新的现状、存在的问题进行系统调查和分析,提出了对策建议,从而使甘肃省高校科技创新更好地服务于改革开放和经济建设。

Building innovative Gansu goals made, no doubt on the science and technology colleges and universities in Gansu Province has set new and higher requirements. In this paper, the colleges and universities in Gansu Province scientific and technological innovation of the status quo, the existing problems carry out the investigation and analysis of the system and put forward countermeasures, so that colleges and universities in our province scientific and technological innovation to better serve the reform and opening up and economic construction.
