摘要
用DSC研究了不同组成的HDPE/MPE/PA1010共混体系的结晶与熔融行为.实验结果表明,在MPE存在下,尼龙(PA)1010促进了HDPE的结晶,共混体系阻隔性能的提高并非完全是由于尼龙1010分散相对渗透剂分子的阻隔作用,HDPE结晶度的升高对这种体系阻隔性能的提高也有所贡献.同时,共混体系的熔点、结晶温度和结晶度随MPE和PA1010的浓度增大而稍微提高.
Crystallization and melt behaviors of HDPE/MPE/PA1010 blends are studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) The results indicate that the crystallization of HDPE is inproved by PA1010 when maleic anhydride(MAH) grafting polyethylene (MPE) is added in the system. The barrier property of this system incraesing is not only for barrier of PA1010 to permeation agent, but for the crystillinity of HDPE increasing. The melting point,crystallizing temperature and crystalline degree increase slightly as increasing concentrations of MPE and PA1010, this phenomenon is favourable
