摘要
本文论述了液氨泄漏事故发生的主要原因,运用层次分析法对液氨泄漏原因权重进行分析,并提出防止液氨泄漏的安全对策及泄漏后的处理措施和技术,为火电厂烟气脱硝中液氨的安全使用提供了理论依据和技术支持,为火电厂的安全生产运行提供保障。
The paper explicates the main occurrence reasons for leak accident of anhydrous ammonia, makes analysis on weight of anhydrous ammonia leaking reasons by analysis methods of administrative levels and puts forward the safety countermeasures in preventing leak of anhydrous ammonia and treatment measures and technique after leakage. The paper provides the theoretic principles and technical support for the safety usage of anhydrous ammonia of flue gas denitration in power plants and provides guarantee for safety production in power plants.
