国际产业向我国转移的结构缺陷问题探讨

Discussion on Structure Limitation Transferred from International Industries to Our Country

随着我国市场开放程度的加深,国际产业向我国转移规模加大。本文通过对2005年的外商投资情况进行分析发现,向我国转移的产业大多为高耗能、高污染、吸收就业少的行业,与我国的产业结构升级有一定冲突,存在结构性缺陷;并在此基础上进一步分析了原因,提出了政策建议。

Along with the deepening of market open degree in China, international industries transfer quickly to China. Through analysis of investment by foreign businessmen in 2005, the paper finds out that the most industries transferred from the outside world are the industries which cause great energy consumption, heavy pollution and absorb less employment, and exist in conflict with the upgrade of industry structure in our country as well as they occur the structure limitation. Based on this analysis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures.
