摘要
考虑在城市突发公共事件发生后城市部分道路毁坏造成的交通拥堵情况下,建立以应急救援时间为模糊数、以系统总的应急救援时间满意度最大为目标的定位—路径问题(LRP)模型,提出一种两阶段启发式算法,并通过Visual C#.NET 2005语言编程实现之,并以算例分析验证模型和算法的有效性。
