摘要
在好氧条件下研究硒酸根的微生物转化,用氢化物发生——原子荧光法测定硒的含量.主要产物为单质硒,加入硫酸根,元素硒的生成量无明显减少.由此推断硒和硫有着不同的还原型的生物地球化学循环,提出了在硫酸根存在下处理含硒废水的方法.
Bacterial transformation of selenate by sulfate in aerotic culure is studied.The level of selenium is determined by hydride generationatomic fluorescence spectrometry. The major product is element selenium. When sulfate added, levels of element selenium are not signficantly influenced. These suggest that reductive biogeochemical cycles of selenium are different from sulfur′s.
