系统性红斑狼疮与Ⅰ型干扰素关系 被引量:3

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是多系统的自身免疫结缔组织病,具有广泛的临床表现,以抗核抗体的产生为特征。其致病因素主要包括激素、环境与遗传三方面。Ⅰ型干扰素(interferon,IFN)系统在系统性红斑狼疮的发病机制中起着重要作用,研究表明SLE患者IFN-α血清水平升高,慢性感染和恶性病患者经过长期IFN-α治疗能够引发SLE综合征,进一步证明了Ⅰ型IFN系统在SLE发病机制中的关键作用。本文就SLE的概况、Ⅰ型IFN系统与SLE的关系以及SLE的诊断和治疗作一综述,另外还对SLE的治疗前景进行了展望。
