速度向量成像技术评价胎儿左心室扭转运动的研究 被引量:5

摘要 速度向量成像(velocity vector imaging,VVI)是基于二维图像并采用斑点追踪成像(STI)技术的一种方法,无角度依赖性,分辨率高,在分析扭转运动过程中也得到广泛的应用。本研究旨在足探讨应用VVI技术评价胎儿心脏扭转运动的可行性,并力求发现正常胎儿心脏扭转运动随孕龄增加的变化规律,为评价胎儿心脏整体功能,提高对先天性心脏病的诊断提供一定的理论基础。
