Binswanger病患者甲状腺及肾上腺皮质有关激素的观察

Investigation of Hormones Associated with Thyroid Gland and Adrenal Cortex in Patients with Binswanger's Disease

对19例Binswanger(BD)患者8AM,12AM,16PM,24PM时血浆T_3、T_4、TSH、皮质醇(Cor)、ACTH含量进行动态观察。结果发现,与对照组比较,BD患者8AM时血浆T_3、T_4、Cor、ACTH明显降低,12AM时T_3明显降低,16PM时T_3、TSH明显降低,24PM时T_3、ACTH明显降低。与健康对照组比较,BD患者内分泌的昼夜节律发生了改变,BD患者痴呆组与痴呆前期组内分泌周日节律逆转者的比例有显著差异。提示BD患者下丘脑受损。检查血液激素水平的生理节律变化将有助于判断病情。

Plasma levels of T3 ,T4 ,TSH,cortisol and ACTH were determined dynamically in 19 patients with Binswanger's disease (BD) at 8:00 AM, 12: 00 AM, 16:00 PM and 24:00 PM. The levels of T3 ,T., .cortisol and ACTH decreased significantly at 8:00 AM ,T3 decreased significantly at 12:00 AM,T3 and TSH decreased significantly at 16:00 PM and T3 and ACTH decreased significantly at 24:00 PM when compared with those in healthy controls at the same time. Endocrinic circadian periodicity was disordered in BD patients when compared with healthy controls. Furthermore, for BD patients .there were more cases with periodicity disturbance in the subgroup of dementia than in the subgroup of predementia. These data suggest hypothalamus deterioration and the necessity of circadian periodicity about hormones in patients with BD.
