瘤细胞内P53蛋白聚集与脑胶质细胞瘤患者预后的关系

The Relationship Between P53 Accumulation and Gliomas Prognosis

摘要 采用微波免疫组织化学染色方法对54例经外科治疗的脑肿瘤随访标本进行研究。结果显示在47例随访超过或达到2年的脑肿瘤患者中,P53的阳性率为40.4%,P53阳性与脑肿瘤患者预后不相关(X^2=0.723。P>0.05)。在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤中,P53阳性率为48.3%,其与预后有明显统计学的意义(X^2=4.15,P<0.05)。这表明P53在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤中有着更为密切的关系并在其发生、发展上起着重要的作用。 The P53 immunohistochemical staining by microwaves was processed in 54 patients withbrain neoplasms treated with surgery. P53 immunostaining was detected in nuclei in 19 out of47 patients with 2 years or more than follow-up. The rest was P53-negative group. Therewere no remarkable differences between the two groups in prognosis. P53 presented, however,at 48.3 % in the low-grade astrocytomas. There were significantly statistical differencesbetween the positive and the negative groups in prognosis (X2 = 4.15, P<0. 05). The resultsmanifested that there was a close correlation between low-grade astrocytomas and the P53,which may play a key role in the occurrence and development of the neoplasm.
