摘要
通过理论分析,得到软接触电磁连铸结晶器内部金属液弯月面形状的计算公式,并根据试验结果进行了修正,修正后的公式可较准确地计算两段式无缝结晶器内部金属液的弯月面形状。178mm两段式结晶器内钢液的弯月面形状计算结果表明,弯月面高度随电源功率和上半段电阻率的增加而增大,随电源频率和结晶器壁厚的增加而减小。通过选择合理的电磁参数和结构参数,利用两段式结晶器有实现软接触电磁连铸的可能性。
The equation describing the meniscus shape in two-section slitless mold for soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting was derived from theoretical analysis.The equation modified by the experimental results can be used to calculate accurately the meniscus shape,and prediction of meniscus shape of liquid steel in mold with 178 mm in diameter by the equation reveal that the height of meniscus is increased with increasing in the power and resistivity of top half of the mold,and it is decreased with increasing in frequency and thickness of the mold.The soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting can be realized by using rational structural and electromagnetic parameters.
