河南卫辉市大司马村一号汉墓及墓前建筑

Excavation of Han Tomb 1 and the Building on it at Dasima Village in Weihui City,Henan

大司马墓地位于河南省卫辉市唐庄镇大司马村北面，在太行山余脉谷驼岭以南，为西北高东南低的丘陵地带（图一）。墓地中心的地理坐标为东经113°59′34″、北纬35°27′30″，海拔高程97-104米，分布范围东西长约1700、南北宽300-500米，总面积约70万平方米，为市级文物保护单位。规划建设中的南水北调中线干渠从西南至东北穿过墓地，占压面积18．7万平方米。

In 2006, a salvaging excavation was carried out to explore the Dasima cemetery in Weihui City, Henan Province. Among the revealed burials Tomb 1 is a Han period brick-chambered grave marked by a huge mound on the surface and consists of a long ramping passage, an anterior room and a rear one, with the anteroom furnished with two side rooms in the western and eastern walls respectively. As it was repeatedly robbed, only 21 pottery, glazed pottery and silver articles and 15 Bronze coins are left over from the funeral objects. At the mound and on the northern side of the tomb chamber, a large-sized ceremonious building was found to be concerned with sacrificial activities before the tomb. This is a burial of the later mid Eastern Han period, and the tomb-owner must have been an official of certain rank or a local rich and powerful person.
