硅含量对低碳钢连铸坯凝固组织的影响

Effect of Silicon Content on Solidified Structure of Continuous Casting Low-carbon Steel

摘要 叙述了不同硅含量的低碳钢连铸坯凝固组织特征及宏观组织参数的定量评定方法。通过对连铸坯凝固组织比例系数和枝晶间距的测定以及对连铸坯低倍组织缺陷的统计分析,找出了凝固组织形态与铸坯成分中硅含量的关系;指出在一定限度内,随硅含量增加,铸坯的一次晶间距加宽,各类低倍组织缺陷大大减少。 The solidified structure of continuous casting with different silicon contents and the method to evaluate the parameters of macroscopical structure are described in this paper; By means of the measurement of solidified struc-ture proportion, dendrite spacing and the statistic analysis of defect in macrostructure, the dependence of solidified structure morphologies on silicon content in casting blank is found; Within specified limits, the primary dendrite spacing will be extended and the macrostructure defect will be obviously decreased in continuous cast billet with the increase of silicon content.
