摘要
研究了终轧温度对超低碳Ti-IF钢的组织性能和连续退火板织构的影响。试验采用810℃、850℃、890℃和910℃4种不同终轧温度。结果表明,终轧温度直接影响退火试样的组织性能和织构特征。在810℃和910℃低温终轧时,退火组织较均匀,力学性能较好,退火后有利织构ND//{111}显著增强,r值较高。而在850℃和890℃终轧温度下轧制时,其退火板显微组织不是很均匀,性能和织构特征都相对较差。
The effects of final-rolled temperature on microstructure, properties and texture of continuously annealed ultra-low carbon Ti-IF steel have been investigated. The final-rolled temperature was 810℃, 850 ℃, 890 ℃ and 910℃ recpectively. The results show that there is a close relationship between the microstructure, properties, texture on the one hand and final-rolled temperature on the other hand. When final-rolling in 810℃ and 910 ℃, fine- grained microstructure, good mechanical properties were obtained and the annealed texture was enhanced. When final-rolling in 850 ℃ and 890 ℃, the annealed microstructure was coarse , properties and texture were not good enough.
