摘要
在充分考虑二辊矫直机生产工艺特点的基础上,设计了典型产品的辊形曲线,从矫直基本原理入手,根据弹塑性弯曲理论,应用迭代法计算了轧件一次弯曲矫直时的弯曲力矩和相应的反弯曲率,计算给定方案下形成的残余曲率,给出了矫直精度的数学模型。对于一定的矫直辊形和矫直方案,提出了矫直精度计算方法。具有进一步的推广应用价值。
The advanced method improving straightener precision are provided in this article . Based on the bending theory both of elastics and plastics, by using the overlap method, the bending moment, reverse curvature, remainder curvature at given scheme are calculated. The shape parameters of two-roll straightener are proposed taking into account production techniques. It is usefur for spreading.
