摘要
基于在连续冷却过程中,材料发生相变时,有一定的相变潜热释放的原理,建立了热分析法测定材料相变点的分析方法。详细介绍了热分析法的原理及其具体的实现方法,同时对X80管线钢与Q235钢进行了试验,测量了其冷却过程的相变点。试验结果显示,该方法操作简单,实现方便。比较适合于大块试样以及大变形试样在快速冷却过程中贝氏体与马氏体相变点的检测。
Based on the principle of releasing considerable latent heat for phase transformation during the continuous cooling, a novel method for determination of transformation temperature with thermal analysis was developed. The principle of thermal analysis method and the procedure were introduced in detail. At the same time, the deformation temperature of pipe line X80 steel and Q235 steel were determined. The results show that this method is simple to manipulation. It is suitable for determination of transformation temperatures both of bainite and martensite during accelerated cooling large sample with high reduction.
