Exploring the implication of minority customary law——Starting from the ordeal of "Tongdela"

"通德拉"即景颇族习惯法。"通德拉"的神判曾经在景颇族社会纠纷解决机制中占有重要位置。分析了"通德拉"的神判产生的原因、种类、特点,最后对"通德拉"的神判进行了客观评价,以期再现"通德拉"之神判维持当时景颇族社会秩序的功能。

＂Tongdela＂ is the customary law of Jingpo nationality. The ordeal of ＂Tongdela＂ occupied important position once in the mechanism of resolving dispute of Jingpo nationality society.. This article has analyzed the cause of the ordeal of ＂Tongdela＂ coming into being, its types and characteristics, then commented it objectively in order to reproduce the function which maintained the social order at that time.
