With the development of the internet information age, the booming internet culture brings negative impact on the students. The internet moral construction of college students faces unprecedented challenges. Because of the negative impact of internet culture, college students who have mastered the advanced technology of network information are immature in psychological development, ideological and political education in universities and colleges lags behind, there are growing problems new circumstances, effective and strong measures must be with＇students＇ monality in using network.
