摘要
从苦丁茶冬青叶中分得4个新的三萜酯,及6个已知三萜,其化学结构分别由NMR,MS,IR等方法获得。这4个新三萜酯是:α-香树醇-3β-棕榈酸酯,11-羰基-α-香树醇-β-棕榈酸酯,3β-羟基-羽扇-20(29)-烯-24羰酸甲酯和羽扇-20(29)-烯-24-羰酸甲酯-3β-棕榈酸酯。
Four new triterpene esters A,B,G,H and six known triterpenes C,D,E,F,I,J were isolated from the dried leaves of Ilex kudincha. These were known triterpenes including ursane, lupane and oleanane skeletons. The chemical structures were determined by EI-MS,1H,13C-NMR and IR spectra data. All of them are 3β-palmitoyl-α-amyrin(A) ;3β-palmitoyl-11-carboyl-urs-12-ene(B) ;α-amyrin (C); 3, 28-dihydroxyl-urs-12-ene(D); 3-oxo-urs-12-ene (E); ursolic acid(F); 3β-hydroxyl-lup-20 (29)-24-methyl ester(G) ; 3β-palmitoyl lup 20(29)-ene-24-methyl ester(H);13,28-epoxy-α-amyrin (I), and 24-hydroxyl-oleanolic acid(J).
