摘要
介绍了无基准零件封装夹具(RFPE-Reference Free PartEncapsulation Fixturing)的工作原理,进行了工件定位精度损失机理问题的理论探讨,提出了工件主动寻位的控制策略,并结合计算机图形学理论,建立了基准转换计算模型,以精确求解出工件在机床上的实际安装位姿。理论研究与试验结果表明,所提出的控制策略及其方法降低或消除了箱体原始误差对工件定位精度的影响,从而为进一步提高工件位置加工精度提供了一种切实可行的技术手段。
On the basis of Reference Free Part Encapsulation(RFPE) fixturing,the influencing factors on location precision of machined feature in workpiece are discussed during multi-processes changing.Initiative location strategy of control is put forward.According to computer graphics theory,a reference transformation geometrical model is realized to determining the workpiece position and orientation.The calculating example is presented in which the error modeling method can be realized.The theoretical analysis results with presented algorithm is the basis in avoiding influencing of box and locators error,which can serve as the essential theoretical technical support for the application and generalization of error compensation technology.
