摘要
基于通用PC平台的架构不能从根本上解决数控系统的开放性,系统可靠性也有待进一步研究验证。借助国内外对开放式数控系统(ONC)的研究和开发经验,基于ARM+DSP构架和嵌入式RTLinux的开放式数控系统完全可以取代现有的PC平台,从底层实现数控系统的开放,同时通过实时发布/订阅通信模式保证上下位间实时通信,实现数控系统的网络化和集成化,并通过对一台车床的改造验证了系统的有效性。
The interaction,interoperability,portability and scalability of ONC cannot be thoroughly solved through the architecture based general PC,and the reliability needs further study also.After research on the developments and experiences of developed CNC at home and abroad,an ONC was developing.With hardware based ARM+DSP and software based RTLinux+MiniGUI and C language,The ONC can substitute PC-based architecture and realized the opening,network and integration via bottom-layer by real-time Publish/Subscribe(RTPS).To investigate the control performance,the proposed is applied to a machine tool.
