摘要
文章阐述了PLC控制的优点,设计了PLC控制步进电机的硬件电路,包括CPU、步进电机及其驱动电路的选择。分析了PLC的脉冲控制方案,给出了参数计算方法,并结合实例实现了定位过程,同时给出了相应的程序清单。该设计方案可以对组合机床中步进电机的行程加以控制,从而实现精确定位,对于其它要求精确计算的系统同样适用,具有一定的推广价值。
This paper elaborated the advantage of PLC control.And it designed the hardware of controlling step motor with PLC.Including the choice of CPU、step motor and driving electric circuit.Analyzed the project of PLC pulse control.The parameter calculation method was given.This paper combined concrete example,it carried out orientation process,and the program list was given also.It can control the track of step motor in modular machine tool,thus realizes accurate orientation.This method can be transplanted in other system needing accurate orientation.Therefore,the method has significance of being widely generalized.
